Prayer for Anxiety
Anxiety can feel overwhelming. Racing thoughts, sleepless nights, tightness in your chest — it’s real. But so is the presence of God. When the world feels too heavy, bring your burden to the Lord. This prayer for anxiety is a simple way to release your fear and trust in His calm.
A Calming Prayer for Anxiety
Dear Lord,
My heart is anxious, my thoughts are scattered, and my soul feels uneasy. I bring my fear to You. I lay down my worries and invite Your peace. Calm my spirit, Lord. Help me to remember that I am not alone — You are with me in this moment, in this storm.
Speak stillness into my chaos. Replace my fear with faith. Remind me of Your promises and hold me close when my emotions feel too strong. I trust that You are working, even when I cannot see. In Jesus' name, Amen.
